Description
Local strawberries picked in spring and slow-cooked with sugar and strawberry juice, which concentrates the flavour of the fruit without resorting to pectin or preservatives. A bright-coloured, full-flavoured jam for breakfast, snacks and as a filling for tarts and biscuits.
