Description
Local figs picked in late summer and cooked with sugar and lemon, which balances the natural sweetness of the fruit. The lowest sugar content in the range leaves room for the flavour of the fig. No thickeners or preservatives. Perfect with aged cheeses, cured meats and in tarts.
