“Il Bandista” is our monocultivar Ogliarola extra virgin olive oil obtained from the cold pressing of the olives. Produced in limited quantities, the Ogliarola produces an oil with a straw yellow color with green hues. Its medium-light fruity scent reveals in a decisive way with scents of green almond and fragrances of blossoming flowers in spring. Its taste recalls a bitter and well-balanced herbaceous note with pleasant sensations of green apple. Appreciated by the lovers of delicate tastes, it is excellently enhanced in raw dressings for salads, fish and white meats.
